The following are pictures of a unique AT&T setup in Woburn, MA. The base station is at the base of Edison Power transmission lines, on a hill overlooking both four corners and CambridgeStreet in Woburn. It can be found off of Waltham Street, where the power lines cross the road.
Since these pictures were taken, Sprint has also added a site on the power line pole next to the former AT&T Site.

This is a picture of the cell site from Waltham Street. The antennas are located at the top of each of the two main supports for the power transmission tower. The base station is located on the right hand side of the tower.
